Service and Repairs on Location:

•  Minimum charge is $35.00.
• Every effort will be made to determine the best plan for repair within the first half hour. 
• Clients will be informed within that time frame if repairs can be made on site or if the work will require more intense diagnostic repair at the REFRESH site.
• Should the system need to be taken back to the REFRSH site the initial $35 charge includes system pick up and drop off as well as comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of the systems hardware and software components.

• After determining the client’s goals and the results of the testing a detailed price quote and outline of work to be completed is provided.
