Service and Repairs on Location: $70.00 an hour, billed on the half hour.

- Minimum charge is $35.00.
- Every effort will be made to determine the best plan for repair within the first half hour.
- Clients will be informed within that time frame if repairs can be made on site or if the work will require more intense diagnostic repair at the REFRESH site.
- Should the system need to be taken back to the REFRSH site the initial $35 charge includes system pick up and drop off as well as comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of the systems hardware and software components.
After determining the client’s goals and the results of the testing a detailed price quote and outline of work to be completed is provided. “No work will be done without the approval of our clients,” says REFRESH owner Kevin C. Lauer.

| Realign and adjust the different settings in the operating system as well as cleaning of temporary files. This analysis will help determine whether hardware upgrades would suit the client’s needs. | | Virus Protection | $50.00 | If your system is new or uninfected, recommended security applications can be installed on your computer.
| Virus Removal or Clean Up
| $75.00 - $100.00 | Several scans of the system will be performed to determine the amount of infection to the system. Eighty percent of all viruses can be fully removed but in some cases a reinstallation of the operating system or “System Overhaul” is required. | System Overhaul

| This service includes re-installation of the operating system or Windows onto a healthy hard drive. This wipes the hard drive completely so the client is starting fresh.
All system overhauls include anti-virus and anti-spyware protection as well as a few extras at no additional charge to get you started. Mozilla FireFox for safer internet browsing, Adobe PDF Reader and Flash Player, Open Office compatible with Microsoft Word, and Cute PDF Writer. Old files or data may be recovered before this process is done. These files will then be put back on your computer when the reinstallation is done. | | Reinstallation | $100.00

We can replace any failed hardware. Due to the fact that hardware for computers can be very proprietary, giving quotes for hardware replacement would be part of the diagnostic testing.
